- You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing terms directly with the vendor you book.
3. Vendor listings
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listing (photos, prices, description, coverage).
- Listing on Penang Wedding Hub is 100% free — there are no lead fees, subscriptions or hidden charges. Couples contact vendors directly using the phone, email or WhatsApp shown on the profile.
- We reserve the right to remove or reject listings that are misleading, unlawful, or receive repeated complaints.
- Vendors must respond to enquiries professionally and honour any quote they issue.
4. Prohibited use
You may not scrape the site, submit fake enquiries, impersonate another person or business, or use contact details obtained through the platform for unsolicited marketing.
5. Liability
The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for any dispute, loss or damage arising from your dealings with a vendor or customer. Any contract for services is between the customer and the vendor.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
