We cover every corner of the state — from Georgetown, Tanjung Tokong/Tanjung Bungah, Batu Ferringhi, Air Itam, Bayan Lepas, Balik Pulau, Teluk Bahang and Batu Maung on the island, across to Butterworth, Seberang Jaya, Perai, Juru, Bukit Mertajam, Kepala Batas, Tasek Gelugor, Batu Kawan, Nibong Tebal, Simpang Ampat and beyond on the mainland — so local businesses reach couples who are actually planning weddings in their area.

Wedding Hub Penang is a free directory for local wedding vendors. There are no listing fees, no per-lead fees, no commissions and no hidden charges. Couples browsing the site see your Call, WhatsApp and Email buttons on your profile and contact you directly.
You handle all pricing, packages and bookings on your own terms — we simply help couples find you.

How to register
Getting your business listed in 7 steps
- Create your vendor account — go to penangweddinghub.com and click "List Your Business". Switch to the "Create account" tab, fill in your business name, email and password (minimum 8 characters), then click Create Account.
- Confirm your email — check your inbox for a message from Penang Wedding Hub and click Verify Email. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or use the "Resend confirmation email" link on the sign-up page.
- Log in to your dashboard — once confirmed, return to the site and sign in with your email and password.
- Fill in your business listing — complete your profile with your business name, tagline and description; choose a primary category (Venues, Catering, Photography, Videography, Decor & Florist, Bridal & Attire, Makeup & Hair, or Event Services) and up to 3 additional categories if you offer more than one service; add your town, starting price and price basis (e.g. "per event", "per pax"), a Google Maps link so couples can find you, up to 8 photos of your work, tags and highlights that sell your service, and your contact info (phone and email) — these will be shown publicly on your profile so couples can reach you directly.
- Submit for review — click Submit and your listing enters our review queue. The Wedding Hub Penang team checks every submission before it goes live.
- Get notified — if approved, you'll receive an email confirming your listing is live. If any changes are needed, we'll email you with feedback so you can log back in, update and resubmit.
- You're live! — once approved, your listing appears on the homepage, in the vendors directory and on its own profile page with Call, WhatsApp and Email buttons so couples can reach out directly.
Updating your listing later: You can log back in anytime to update details, add new photos or change pricing. Any changes go through the same quick review process before appearing publicly, so your listing always stays accurate and approved.
Managing your listing status: If you ever need to temporarily pause or remove your listing, just contact us at admin@penangweddinghub.com.
